When I contacted support, I got back a pretty dismissive email suggesting I should just accept delays because of the pandemic situation. They said they'd send me the missing item soon. Fast forward to January 12th and still nothing. I reached out again on January 11th and included all my previous emails. Their response was just a tracking number for my original order saying it was delivered, which completely ignored everything I'd sent them. It's clear they didn't even read my earlier messages. I'm worn out from going back and forth with no real help. At this point I just want my money back.
