After firing my new gun just twenty-five times, I needed to send it in for repairs. It took sixteen days total before I even got it back, and the worst part was that nothing happened on its own. I had to call them just to find out what was going on with my order. When I finally called, they promised it would ship that same day right after we hung up. Nope, that didn't happen. Then a couple days later they called me back saying they'd definitely send it out today. At that point, I started feeling like they were just telling me what I wanted to hear instead of being straight with me. The communication and reliability here was seriously lacking. If you need to buy a gun or get repairs done, I'd suggest trying somewhere else like Turners Outdoorsman instead.
Ordered an AMS compatible bowfishing arrow and when it arrived, the stop and slide on it looked nothing like what was shown in the listing. On top of that, I also bought a 75 yard spool of AMS line but they sent me a 25 yard spool instead. This place is terrible. Now I've got to jump through hoops getting approval and dealing with return postage for two items that should've been right the first time. Just skip this place entirely. Yeah, you might pay a bit more somewhere else, but it's worth it.
Had a really bad experience with my backpack order at Sportsman's Warehouse. They shipped me the wrong size, and to make matters worse, they refused to take responsibility for their own mistake. Instead of fixing it, they acted unreasonable and wanted me to cover the costs for their error. It's honestly shocking how they handled this. Ordered a pair of moc style slippers back in late June and didn't receive them until early September. Within days of getting them, I noticed the sole was separating from the shoe. I reached out to customer service and got told that since I'd worn them, there wasn't anything they could do about it. What kind of response is that? This company doesn't stand behind what they sell at all. Total garbage.

What a nightmare from start to finish. I bought some Merrill Boots and a 4-Pack of Columbia Socks for Work at what looked like a decent price, but apparently I had placed multiple orders without realizing it because the items showed up separately. The tracking information on their website wasn't accurate at all. The socks arrived fine, but the boots never came. On top of that, the customer service reps felt robotic and unhelpful. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and I'm done with this place for good.
