I bought a shirt that looked good but was too short for my actual size. They gave me a refund and didn't require me to return the item, which was nice. But then things got messy. It turns out they refunded me twice by accident and understandably want the extra money back. The problem is they won't just charge my original card again. Instead they're demanding a bank transfer to Germany, but my bank doesn't allow international transfers. This is supposedly the UK branch of the company, so that request doesn't make sense. I've tried everything. I've reached out multiple times, contacted my bank, offered to pay through PayPal and other card options, but they won't work with me. I've been going back and forth for weeks now and they keep sending payment demands for a transfer I literally cannot do. The whole thing has been a nightmare and honestly I regret ever ordering from them in the first place. None of this was on my end.

Super impressed with everything about this order. The fabric quality and the finished product are excellent, and you're getting great bang for your buck. I had a couple of design tweaks I wanted to make, but being able to do that all from my phone was awesome. The whole process was smooth and quick. Shipping from Germany arrived faster than I'd expect from most places here in the UK. Really pleased with how this all turned out.
