Sorted by: Most recentThe USB charging port on this headlamp quit working after just a couple times using it. There's no clear way to get warranty service if you're outside the country. Plus, even the lowest brightness level was way brighter than I needed. Not a good purchase overall.
I've relied on their backpacks for both personal trips and work travel for a while now. It's really frustrating that when I contacted them about a broken zipper, their response was basically they've never heard of that problem and they couldn't help. Then they stopped answering my emails after saying they'd follow up. The zipper gave out and my laptop fell out and smashed. I won't buy another one of their products and I'm telling everyone else to stay away too.
I've owned their luggage for years and recently had a problem with the handle on a carry on bag. The warranty claim took forever, and I went back and forth with multiple people through email and phone calls. I did everything they asked, sent photos, receipts, cut out the label and mailed it in. All I got back was a 10 percent coupon, even though someone told me by email the claim was conditionally approved. Turns out the 10 year warranty only covers bags bought straight from their website or certain stores. Be careful because their warranty ads are misleading and the claims process is a nightmare. I'm done buying from them.
The warranty claim process was unacceptable, dishonest and deceptive. My luggage got damaged on a trip and I started a claim. The process itself is extremely difficult and clearly designed to make people give up. You can tell they're counting on most people not finishing it. First there's a long online form with pictures, receipts and more. Then you wait for approval. I made it through and they sent a detailed message saying I'd get an exact replacement including shipping or full credit. Great! Except now I had to cut those same labels they asked for pictures of and tape them to a form, then send it by trackable mail at my expense and wait for another approval. What I got was a 50 percent off coupon as their approval. But they already said they approved the full value claim. The only contact was a cold email address. This is ridiculous. I just got a response from a support person named Calvin telling me they don't cover airline damage. But their system already approved it with my full disclosure.
Really poor customer service. My lunch bag showed up crushed with a broken zipper. I sent in the return request with pictures of the damage. Ten days passed with no response. I emailed again and got a generic message saying it was being reviewed. The item is clearly defective. Not worth dealing with this company.
