I MADE THREE SEPARATE ATTEMPTS TO BUY TICKETS THROUGH YOUR SITE AND NOTHING WENT THROUGH. WHEN I FINALLY CALLED TO ORDER - OF COURSE THE SEATS I WANTED WERE ALREADY GONE BECAUSE THEY WERE STILL RESERVED FROM MY ONLINE TRIES. DISAPPOINTING.

This site is completely pointless. I really don't understand why theaters even bother partnering with them. Trying to select and reserve seats is a nightmare with all the fake security alerts, technical glitches, and bugs popping up everywhere. Their support team is equally bad. I ended up going with a different platform that actually worked smoothly and let me book without any issues.

The selection of payment options is pretty limited. It's frustrating trying to buy with non-commercial email addresses even when you have all the right card and address info. I had to call support four times before they could sort it out. They don't accept Apple Pay or other modern payment options either.

The website is terrible and I can't believe they're still operating. It doesn't work properly on alternate browsers, performance is sluggish on regular search engines, and there's basically no way to complete a purchase. How do they stay afloat? Hands down one of the most broken sites I've ever encountered. Spent fifteen minutes trying different browsers and couldn't even get tickets ordered. Then I used a different connection and the payment screen finally appeared, but the transaction was rejected anyway. This is basically unusable and probably has something to do with me being outside the US.
