Lots of complaints have been filed against this company with the BBB in Missouri and for good reason. They pocket your cash and the product never arrives. Believe the bad reviews, seriously. I ordered back in November and got one email after three weeks saying shipment was coming. That was it. I asked for my money back and got nothing. The BBB tried contacting them too with no luck. This outfit is a disaster and the owner should be ashamed. Just don't go there!

Negative stars would be perfect for this company! Placed an order in early December and it's now late January with nothing to show for it. They're ignoring every email I send. Wish I could leave negative stars. This is a straight up rip-off operation. You pay them and your order just vanishes. Don't expect any refunds either, just endless excuses and delays. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I'm never ordering from them again.

I ordered from this company on July 20th. By late August I sent two refund requests via email. On August 28th they generated a shipping label but completely ignored my refund requests. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. They claim to be a family run business, maybe they are, but as someone who also runs a small company I know you gotta treat your buyers right and they don't.
