The Pulse Boutique Reviews
What Shoppers Say About The Pulse Boutique
The Pulse Boutique receives polarized feedback from shoppers, with over half rating the store five stars and praising specific items like ribbed tank tops for their comfort and fit. Customers also highlight responsive customer service, with staff willing to work with buyers on returns even when items fall outside standard policy. However, nearly half of reviewers report significant concerns: orders with non-updating tracking numbers and unresolved shipping issues, inconsistent garment quality and fit across items, and pricing that some feel does not match the construction quality or materials used. Fit problems appear across multiple reviews, with several customers reporting oversized, oddly-shaped pieces that did not meet expectations.
The store's return policy for sale items has been noted by shoppers as restrictive, though the customer service team has shown willingness to make exceptions. Quality control and order fulfillment reliability emerge as the primary pain points preventing higher overall satisfaction.

Sorted by: Most recentThis appears to be a fraudulent operation. I placed an order and got a tracking number that never showed any movement. When I reached out, they claimed they were dealing with a shipping delay and that packages just weren't updating in the system. I waited a bit longer then contacted them last night demanding either my refund or I'd report fraud. Got a refund email this morning. Think about that for a second: they say the package was shipped but then instantly refunded me, and supposedly it could still arrive even though there's no tracking movement? That doesn't add up. This looks like a scam I've seen pop up on other websites lately. Don't get fooled by this place!
Not happy with my purchase. I got four items and the quality just isn't there. The sweater smells odd and the fit is weird, oversized and short. The plaid shirt is made from strange fabric, also oddly shaped and way too big. A regular t shirt was okay but the plaid jacket is barely acceptable. I was looking for some quick wardrobe additions that looked cute but three out of four items don't work because of the strange fit and smell. Their no return policy means you're stuck with clothes that don't fit. Even SHEIN accepts returns and their quality can be questionable. I'll be going back to ordering from Amazon where I'm not out money when things don't work out.
Had a really good experience with their customer service team. I had a shirt that wasn't eligible for return under their policy, but they worked with me anyway and made it right. Didn't realize that certain purchases weren't returnable, but they took care of it. Definitely sticking with them going forward. The pieces are really adorable and comfortable too. Definitely worth checking out!
Their ribbed tank tops are seriously addictive! Living in Florida means I wear tanks constantly and I've been hunting for quality ones everywhere. My friend told me about The Pulse Boutique and I'm so grateful she did! The ribbed tanks are incredibly comfy, super flattering, and absolutely adorable. So happy I found them!
The designs are really cute but the materials and construction just aren't there. For what you're paying, the quality should be significantly better. I feel like prices should be cut in half based on what you actually get. Really let down!
I typically avoid online boutique shopping because there are so many dishonest retailers out there, but I'm really glad I took a chance on this one. Everything I've ordered has been exactly what I expected and I'm satisfied with how everything looks and feels. I don't love their policy on returns for sale items, but fortunately everything has worked out in my favor so far. I appreciate that a lot of their tops can transition from casual to dressier outfits.
Was nervous about ordering online since I saw mixed reviews but I'm happy to report my experience was really positive. Everything arrived super quickly and the quality is solid. If you've shopped boutique brands before, you know you're not getting luxury pieces. I made sure to follow the sizing chart instead of just guessing, and I got a medium and large based on their measurements and everything fit great. Definitely ordering again!
Ordered what should have been a shirt but six weeks later got something completely different and cheap looking, not even close to what I ordered. It was some kind of two piece silky item. They won't respond to any of my emails, and they marked the package delivered with the carrier even though I never got what I paid for. The shipping company closed my claim because of their tracking confirmation.
Finding age-appropriate clothing is tough at 55 when you want something that's not too youthful or too matronly. Pulse has been a game changer! Their stuff is quality and I've been really satisfied with my purchases. Items are holding up great through multiple seasons. They ship incredibly fast, sometimes within hours. Every item has measurements listed so you know exactly how it'll fit. I also love that they show two different sized models in each piece. They constantly run sales like BOGO and discounts up to 40 percent, so sign up for their texts. I actually hold off on new items and wait for a sale to drop. You can earn points on orders and create custom sales too. One thing to note: anything marked down 25 percent or more cannot be returned. It's mentioned at checkout but easy to miss.
I enjoyed their clothing style but need to warn others about their return policy. They won't accept returns on items discounted by 25 percent or more. I get that final sale items shouldn't be returnable, but this applies to regular promotional discounts on new pieces that don't say FINAL SALE anywhere on your order confirmation. You don't find out you can't return brand new promotional items until after you've already bought them. That's really not cool.
