Adorable styles but disappointed with durability for the cost. The fabrics are overly stretchy and lose their shape after washing, plus most pieces require hand washing only. Pilling is also an issue. What's frustrating is that I'll receive an email within a day or two of placing an order showing the exact same items marked down, which feels pretty disheartening.

I've ordered from The Pulse Boutique twice now and both times have been great. Shipping is super fast, especially since they're close to where I live in the Midwest. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. I'd actually suggest ignoring the generic sizing chart and instead clicking into each item for specific measurements that tell you if it runs big or small. Reading customer comments helps too when you're unsure. Out of everything I've gotten, only one item needed a size exchange. The only bummer is paying to ship returns back. They pop up with random one day sales which is nice. I'm looking forward to ordering more from them. Just so you know, all my items are labeled as made in China.

Prices are steep, sure, and I accepted that when checking out but the quality is nowhere near even Walmart standards, much less Target. I cannot think of another retailer that sells stranger fitting, lower quality, and oddly shaped clothing than this place. I'm finished throwing away my money and time on a company that clearly doesn't care about quality or customer satisfaction.

My first order from here was great and I was really happy with the sweaters. Unfortunately one sweater had a stitching issue (probably a manufacturing defect, nothing they did wrong). I emailed customer service about exchanging it for another of the same sweater and they got back to me within hours! Very satisfied overall and would definitely order again based on how helpful their team was.

Still waiting on both of my orders and nobody will help track them down. According to your tracking system they were delivered but that's false. I've contacted the post office multiple times, filed a report, and filed a claim through my bank. You all have done absolutely nothing. You need to contact the post office too instead of refusing to help. I have all my documentation.
