There was no clear pricing listed ahead of time, and the jump was shocking. The staff didn't seem to have a good grasp on costs either. The UPS Store needs to be upfront about printing prices before people commit to orders.
Needed to ship an artwork overseas to the UK and this store knocked it out of the park. The staff took time to discuss insurance options and shipping methods, waited patiently for a check to clear, and handled everything professionally. This is what exceptional service looks like. You don't see this level of care at most locations.
My label didn't print completely, so I went home and brought it back. When I returned, the manager refused to just type in the tracking number. The owner came across as rude and dismissive. Really disappointing experience. I won't be back.

Had a terrible experience at this location in Detroit Lakes. An employee and someone claiming to be the owner gave me horrible service. They insisted I buy packaging for my Amazon return that wasn't needed, and when I complained, they were defensive and unhelpful. Amazon later confirmed the packaging was unnecessary and refunded me. They seemed more interested in squeezing extra money out of customers than providing good service. I won't be going back.
Got copies made and they charged me 31 cents per copy! That's way too much. I'll just make my own copies at home from now on. Definitely not worth going back for their copy service.
Came in to have a package weighed so I could quote the shipping cost to the buyer before returning to ship it. The employee refused to weigh it, claiming I might take it elsewhere to ship! Even when I explained I'd be back with a prepaid label, she wouldn't help. She was rude and made me feel like I was trying to scam her. I'll use FedEx or USPS in the future, even if it costs more.
