When the mesh on one item started to tear a bit earlier than expected, I contacted them and they were amazing about it. They got back to me right away and shipped out a replacement immediately. I'm definitely going to be buying way more from them going forward.

Their sizing guides are spot on, and most of their bra designs work for different cup and band size combinations. Yes, they do charge a refund fee, but they're upfront about it, and honestly, fees like that discourage wasteful fast fashion practices, so I'm fine with it.

For a brand calling itself luxury, the experience here fell pretty short. I tried to cancel my order on the 20th but didn't hear back until the 22nd, and by then it had already gone out. The return process wasn't straightforward, and the store credit terms for sale items weren't made clear before I checked out. What really got me was customer service kept calling me by the wrong name even after I corrected them multiple times. Getting offered a discount code at the end felt like they were trying to brush the whole thing off. I won't be coming back to shop here.

On the positive side, their customer support team actually rocks. But they really should share all reviews from real buyers on their site, not just the ones they cherry-pick.

The carrier wouldn't let me intervene, and their customer service email seems to be some kind of automated system that isn't helpful. I ended up losing over a hundred dollars and never getting my package. Hands down one of the worst customer service situations I've ever dealt with.

They're advertising items that aren't actually in stock. I saw a product on an ad, went to their site to buy it, and couldn't find it anywhere. I shot them an email asking about it, and they just replied that once a color sells out, they don't restock it. So maybe don't keep running ads for stuff that's no longer available?

Both orders came via FedEx and showed up quickly, even faster than some UK-based companies I've used. The first delivery was right on time, and the second was only a day late, which happened during the crazy Christmas rush, which is totally understandable.
