Purchased a squat rack and functional trainer from Titan. I've heard great things about their equipment from people I know, but my situation was different. The items never made it to me because Titan partners with a delivery company that has some strict requirements. I got a call the night before saying delivery would happen sometime the next day with only a 30-minute heads-up when the driver would show. Since I work a regular job, I couldn't take time off at a moment's notice. A signature was required for delivery and the driver wouldn't even try alternative methods. The dispatcher told me if I wanted another delivery attempt, I'd have to pay for storage overnight and deal with the same vague arrival window. Eventually I had to cancel and send it back. On top of that, they charged me a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. Getting customer service involved was frustrating - it took several calls to get answers. If you work standard hours, this might be a problem for you. There are other options out there with better equipment and delivery processes.

Invested over $2500 in fitness equipment and honestly can't complain. Titan Fitness has been fantastic. The occasional hiccup got dealt with fast and professionally. For what I paid, the build quality is impressive. Just bought their dip station and it handles my size and weight without any issues. About 99% of all my equipment is from Titan and I'm happy to recommend them.

The quality you get for the money is legit. Grabbed a dip attachment from them recently and it holds up fine for someone my size (6'4", 225 lbs). I'm really pleased with it.
