Bought some rope and was told it would arrive within seven days based on what their site showed. A week went by with nothing, so I called and got told they were dealing with a system issue and hadn't even sent it out yet. They brag about super fast shipping everywhere but clearly don't back it up. Items aren't actually in stock. Ever since they got bought out by another company, quality has dropped. I'm going back to my local shops where I can walk out with what I need the same day.
