The owner has built something really special with this online fly shop. The selection is huge and the staff really knows their stuff. The shipping is usually out the door same day. The front line customer service team is really good, but dealing with management has been a rough experience. The manager seems to just read from a script and doesn't genuinely engage with problems. Sometimes she even hints that customers are to blame for issues. The actual products and prices are solid, but if this is the kind of service you get when something goes wrong, it's hard to justify shopping here over competitors.

I emailed three days after ordering to check on status and when it would ship. A week went by with no response and no shipping notification like they promised. I asked to cancel and get confirmation, but got a rude response with no actual info. Asked again and got nothing. They were fine taking my money upfront but weren't willing to give me basic service or honesty in return. This company is unreliable and unprofessional.
