I'd advise against shopping through this retailer. I placed an order for a hoodie on December 14 and paid extra for their 3-7 day express shipping, figuring it'd arrive well before Christmas Eve. Since December 18, the UPS tracking just shows a label created with no package received update. Chat support promised twice it was definitely on the way and I could get a refund or replacement if it didn't arrive by the 30th. That's today, and I knew it wouldn't come. When I checked tracking again, same situation since the 18th. I contacted chat support again and they claimed it was confirmed on its way, even though minutes before it still said waiting to be received. That made no sense. I told them that wasn't acceptable and demanded my money back. They then said I had to return the item first to get a refund. I lost it completely. I was transferred to someone named Maxine who also tried to dodge the issue, so I told her I wasn't accepting that solution.

My orders keep getting cancelled and my account keeps getting locked. Ever since they switched ownership, the whole operation has gone downhill. Their customer support team is useless and can't actually fix anything.

Got a fighter tee shirt I planned to give my brother for Christmas, but it turned out to be knockoff merchandise. The shirt itself was just a standard blank with printing on it, and they literally only cut the label halfway before taping an official merchandise tag on top. Pretty shameful and it definitely feels cheap. Won't be ordering from them ever again.

It's really unfortunate when a company takes your payment but never sends what you ordered. There's nobody answering phones and you just get automated email responses. Sure, delays happen, but this goes way too far. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Shocking experience with this company. I ordered two t-shirts and a long sleeve shirt before a big fight event. Got the two regular tees two weeks later. The long sleeve never arrived. I reached out multiple times but heard nothing back. I paid over 100 dollars for just two shirts and I'm really disappointed. Zero communication.

Stay far away from this place if you value your time and money. I ordered a sweatshirt two weeks before my nephew's birthday and kept messaging their team saying it would arrive soon. On Friday I was told it was being sent. By the following Tuesday nothing had shipped yet. When I reached out again asking why, they said shipping takes 3-7 days and ignored that I'd already waited two weeks. Then they dropped the bomb that they were out of stock and couldn't fulfill it. They said I could wait for new inventory to come in but had no clue when that would happen. A birthday gift that's now impossibly late and looking like it was never ordered at all.
