Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. Getting them on the phone is nearly impossible. I sent over 15 emails and only got back 2 generic responses saying not to worry because my order shipped. No tracking number was ever provided even when I specifically asked multiple times. My order finally showed up after two months, just barely in time for the holidays but the whole ordeal was incredibly stressful and frustrating. I went with their official website thinking they'd be legitimate. Absolutely would not recommend this site to anyone.

Monday came and went with no call. When I phoned again, support said there was nothing they could do for me at all. I asked about getting my money back since it seemed my order would never show up.
