Been waiting three weeks and still nothing. My emails are getting no responses and the phone line automatically goes to a voicemail saying they're not taking calls. I've had to contact my bank to request a refund instead. For such a major brand, their customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

Truly remarkable service! I ordered some UFC items on a Monday and by the following Tuesday afternoon my package was at my door. The customer service person, Amber, was exceptional and answered my messages within an hour each time. Tracking information was incredibly detailed and I knew where my order was every step of the way. This company is genuinely the best. I've purchased from them many times over the years and they never let me down. The level of service here is outstanding and I'm not sure why anyone would complain. Big thanks to Amber and the whole team for maintaining such great standards. I'm an extremely happy customer and so grateful for how smoothly everything went!

The shipping speed was fantastic! Reading all the negative feedback online had me concerned about delivery times for my husband's order. I placed it on a Friday with an estimated arrival about 10 days out. It actually showed up 5 days early. My only real complaint is the fabric content includes polyester which I personally don't prefer, but the quick delivery definitely made me happy.

The main downside is the materials are mostly polyester blends which I'm not a fan of, but I'm definitely happy with how rapidly it showed up.

It's pretty obvious why they have terrible ratings everywhere. This company is awful. They charge your card immediately but take months to actually ship your stuff, and sometimes they don't ship at all. When you call to ask what's happening, the people are incredibly rude and yelling. I don't care if their products are nice when they treat customers like garbage. This has been by far my worst online shopping experience ever. I will absolutely never give them another dollar.

Never got my package and all my emails went unanswered except for automatic replies. When you try calling customer service there's an outdated voicemail message from a year ago saying they're only available through email due to the pandemic. Really disappointed that the UFC would run their store this way.

Should have read the reviews first before ordering. I bought something for someone's birthday nearly two weeks ago and there's still no sign it's shipped. Since it was a gift, not only will it be late but the money I planned to spend on something else went here instead. Really not happy about this. Update: It finally came through.
