The system kept saying the code had hit its limit. I asked if this was a glitch or what was going on. They wrote back telling me to make sure I was entering the code right. So I sent another message with screenshots to make things clearer, explaining that the automatic code was broken and had expired, and asking if they could fix it since it might be an error. Their next response told me their pricing is that way because of their product quality. That has nothing to do with what I actually asked them about! And they still didn't answer whether they'd fix the code issue. I sent multiple messages and neither one seemed like they were actually read carefully. The whole thing felt so strange that I seriously wondered if I was talking to a bot or something. Overall it was a really frustrating experience, so I have to give them a bad review.
Their customer service team really stepped up when I ran into some product troubles. They got back to me right away and handled everything super smoothly. The whole team communicated clearly throughout the process and sorted out my issues without any problems. Can't say enough good things about how they treated me, definitely 5 stars.
