Ordered the Bratz Puffer Case in Sasha style and was disappointed. The product looked way smaller in the photos compared to what actually arrived, and it turned out to be larger than what I wanted. Reached out to their support team about it. A representative got back to me via email the next day asking for a photo of my phone in the original case so they could approve my return. I sent that right away. Now it's been seven days with zero follow-up emails from them. I also tried messaging them on Instagram but still nothing. Their return policy states customers have 10 days to send items back, but I've already passed that deadline because they dropped the ball on their end by not communicating. I've seen other customers complaining on their Instagram about the same issue where emails and messages just go unanswered.

Really frustrated with this experience. For starters, email is the only way to get ahold of anyone, and even that doesn't work. I sent an email, waited over three days, then sent another one and also contacted them through their website form. Still got nothing back. My shipment was sent through DHL and according to the tracking, it's been sitting at the same facility in New Jersey for about four days without moving. I tried reaching them through Instagram as well but they ignored that too. The DHL system is equally unhelpful, giving me automated responses that say they don't understand or trying to charge me for additional fees even though I already paid for shipping upfront. I've spent a significant amount on this case and it hasn't even left New Jersey based on what the tracking shows. This whole situation has been going on for a week now with no resolution.
