I purchased the Chroma model for over $3,400. About seven months in, a dead pixel showed up on the screen. I reached out to their support team for help but nothing worked after we tried troubleshooting. They offered to send me a replacement projector instead. I was uncertain about sending it back and waited about a month before doing so. Once I finally mailed it, I waited over six weeks without hearing anything. Turns out the replacement was out of stock, but the support team never told me this before asking me to send the unit back. They also said it would take two weeks to arrive as a replacement. Now I'm without my $3,400 investment. Don't do business with this company.

I got their security cameras several years ago and they performed well initially. However, the company suddenly dropped all support without any warning, and the cameras became useless. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Vava is terrible, don't buy anything from them. The company should be sued for their behavior. I bought cameras that worked on and off for three years until they suddenly shut down their service. If there's a lawyer reading this, this sounds like it should be a class action lawsuit. I won't purchase from them ever again. Tell everyone you know to avoid Vava.

I agree with all the negative feedback out there. The baby monitor worked alright initially but then lost its connection after about a month and completely stopped working unless I was right next to the camera unit. Customer service just sent automated replies suggesting I stay within five or six feet of the camera. That defeats the purpose of having a monitor if I have to be in the same room anyway. Very disappointing.

They outsource their software development to some third-party inexperienced developer. Don't trust their software with your information.
