Bought the VITURE Pro Neckband with an 8BitDo controller hoping to set up a portable work station. The device feels nice and premium, but using it has been incredibly frustrating and unreliable. The biggest problems are the controller constantly switching between Gamepad and Mouse modes without warning, plus there's no visual feedback about which mode you're in, so things like scrolling randomly quit working. When you're trying to be productive, having to fix your input method every few minutes is a deal breaker. The instructions are basically nonexistent too. VITURE talks about a PC-like experience, but there's almost no documentation for troubleshooting mode switches or getting reconnected. I had to figure everything out through trial and error and searching online forums instead of getting help from official resources. Customer support wasn't much help either, they just sent me a template response asking for serial numbers and video clips. They didn't actually address the real usability problems. Suggesting head-gaze navigation as a workaround just isn't practical for actual work, it's an uncomfortable gimmick. Overall, I can't recommend this setup unless you want to spend half your time troubleshooting.

Absolutely terrible experience. They're unreliable and dishonest. I ordered a Luma model two weeks back and still haven't received it. I've been reaching out to their support team daily with barely any responses. One rep told me it was already delivered without any proof, and several others kept promising it would ship the next day but nothing happened. Now I'm stuck trying to get my money back, but they're ghosting me. Lost over 600 dollars. Stay away from this company.

This is a really impressive product paired with genuinely outstanding customer service. You can tell they're invested in making sure their customers have the best possible experience. It's refreshing to actually feel like you're talking with real human beings.

These glasses perform really nicely. I'd suggest them especially for viewing 3D AI video content through the app. The Spacewalker app could use some work though.

Fantastic product. I've gone through two of their earlier models and I'm already working toward buying the latest one. They're great for practically everything. You should definitely get yourself a pair, won't be disappointed.

I've gotten so much use out of my Luma Ultra glasses for watching sports and movies on the Spacewalker app through iOS. The brightness and clarity are incredible, honestly better than most televisions I've ever seen, possibly all of them. While I'm not primarily a gamer, using these glasses has actually made me want to try gaming, just at my own pace. One limitation right now is that 3D and pinning don't work on iOS yet, but I'm sure that'll get fixed with upcoming firmware patches. The good news is you can already access 3D and 6DoF features with the Neckband Pro if you want them now. I'm really looking forward to seeing what Viture releases for the Luma lineup in the months and years ahead. When I look at everything else in the XR glasses market right now and what's coming, Viture appears to be leading with the most inventive ideas and genuine dedication to making glasses that work great for any use case.

I'm really enjoying my new Luma Ultra glasses for just about everything. Whether I'm catching sports or watching movies through the Spacewalker app on my phone, the image quality is incredibly sharp and brilliant. Not many TVs out there can match what I'm seeing, maybe none at all. I'm not really a gamer typically, but these glasses have actually sparked my interest in gaming, even though I'm taking it slow. The one drawback I've noticed is that pinning and 3D features aren't available on iOS right now, but I'm confident they'll roll out those updates soon. For what it's worth, 3D and 6DoF support are already working if you use the Neckband Pro. I'm genuinely excited to see what Viture comes out with for the Luma line in the future. Comparing it to all the other XR options available or coming soon, Viture seems to have the most creative thinking and genuine commitment to making their glasses work well for everyone.
