I bought a wig with totally wrong coloring and mailed it back after they received it in June. It's now late July and still no refund. I called back today frustrated about this and mentioned how terrible their return reviews are online. Rebecca basically said since they're going out of business, reviews don't matter.
I will never shop with this company again. I bought a hairpiece that they later said was unavailable.
