Seriously, do not order from this company. I purchased a human hair wig but I can't style it and I'm not even sure what kind of hair it actually is. It's definitely not what was advertised. You'll regret it. The wig I got doesn't match the description at all.

A customer service rep named Rebecca told me they're shutting down, so they don't worry about reviews anymore. I bought a wig with totally wrong coloring and mailed it back after they received it in June. It's now late July and still no refund. I called back today frustrated about this and mentioned how terrible their return reviews are online. Rebecca basically said since they're going out of business, reviews don't matter.

I will never shop with this company again. I bought a hairpiece that they later said was unavailable. They grabbed my money from my payment method instantly, but when I asked for a refund it took three weeks with still no sign of it. This place moves fast to take your cash but takes forever to give it back, even when they never had the product in stock. It's a completely dishonest business.

I'd rate them zero if I could. I've been waiting over five months for my refund and they keep telling me it's in the mail. I've tried being pleasant, patient, and understanding but nothing works. They're leaving me no choice except to give them a horrible rating. Don't buy anything from them. Their customer service is the absolute worst!

The wig they sent me was absolutely terrible and unwearable. I didn't get around to trying it on until after the 14-day window had passed since I needed it for a wedding. I seriously wouldn't even wear it to take out the trash. I've ordered from them before and this is the last time. They clearly don't value their customers.

If you're in Canada, avoid ordering from Vogue. I now have to pay over $70 in duty charges on my two wigs just to get them across the border, which wasn't the case with my previous orders from them years ago. Both wigs turned out to be too small despite being advertised as average size. The company won't even reach out to me about it. I've realized their 100% satisfaction promise is basically meaningless.

I ordered a wig and tried it on the day it arrived, but it didn't fit right so I sent it back that Saturday. I got confirmation they received it on February 26th. By mid-March I still hadn't seen my refund, so I contacted customer support. They told me it takes 14 days to inspect plus another 10-12 days for the refund to process. It's now late March and my money still hasn't shown up. I'm a regular customer and returned something before without any issues, but this time the service has been absolutely unacceptable.

They refused to refund wigs I returned and charged me even though the item was out of stock. This feels like a complete rip-off. Stay far away from this company!

I'd give zero stars if the system allowed it. This was hands down the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I've been waiting 3 weeks to get my return refunded. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

When it comes to a woman's hair being her best feature, Vogue Wigs keeps mine looking fabulous. I've been a loyal customer for years because of their great variety, affordable prices, and outstanding support. Most of my orders arrive without problems. Absolutely terrible customer service. I had to make three separate phone calls and send three emails before they finally quit giving me the runaround and shipped my order. Waiting almost a month to receive something is completely unacceptable.

Awful customer service combined with ridiculous fees. I ordered the wrong size and emailed asking how to swap it for the correct one. Since it was my mistake, I expected to just pay for both shipping costs. Instead they wanted to hit me with a 30% restocking fee! I'm done with them. There are tons of other wig companies that don't charge restocking or return fees. Plus their email support is painfully slow. Every response takes a full day and the answers are so vague you have to follow up multiple times. It feels like they're deliberately stalling.

I bought a Raquel Welch wig for $361 and sent it back because the color looked fake, the streaks appeared artificial, and the fit was too snug. The material felt like polyester rather than the standard synthetic I've gotten from them before. Not only was the product subpar, but they charged more than the stated 15% restocking fee. The company was unpleasant to work with and the wigs had serious quality issues with poor color accuracy and sizing problems.
