What Shoppers Say About Wawak
Shoppers consistently praise Wawak for fast shipping, competitive pricing, and high-quality sewing supplies including zippers, threads, interfacing, and bag hardware. Many reviewers report receiving orders within a week and appreciate the authenticity of branded items like YKK zippers. The majority of customers say they plan to shop with Wawak again based on their positive experiences.
However, some shoppers have had challenging interactions with customer service regarding defective items. While one reviewer noted that customer service responded quickly and provided a replacement without issue, another customer reported a negative experience where they were allegedly threatened with a $30 charge for a defective product despite the error being Wawak's responsibility. This inconsistency in how issues are resolved appears to be the primary source of dissatisfaction among reviewers.

Sorted by: Most recentEvery order arrives quickly and in perfect condition. I've bought tons from them - cutting disks, threads, zipper tape, zippers, zipper pulls, interfacings, bag hardware - you name it. Everything is quality and the prices are really fair. Definitely recommend them.
Found the lowest prices available for sewing supplies and they arrived super fast. Got everything within a week of placing my order. Definitely shopping with them again.
Received authentic YKK zippers. Shipping was incredibly fast, really appreciate it!
Really happy with Wawak overall. I've placed 2 orders so far, one with 15 items and another with 25 items. Both got to me quickly and everything was correct. One of the thread snips arrived damaged though. I contacted their customer service team and they got back to me right away with a replacement that works great. I'm sticking with them because their service and quality are really solid.
Terrible experience with their customer service. I ordered supplies for a manufacturer and received three boxes of thread, but one had the wrong size and color. When I called to complain, they threatened to charge me $30 for the defective thread if I didn't send it back after they shipped the correct one. Even though they admitted the mistake was on their end, they insisted I take full responsibility for it. The rep said they wouldn't just absorb the loss on their own error. Completely unacceptable.
Really happy with the quality of the threads I got. Your team is amazing at handling special orders and getting them out the door fast. Appreciate it!
As someone who crafts and sews regularly, Wawak has everything I'm looking for. I've grabbed quality Fiskars scissors, seam binding in tons of colors on rolls, a bolt of double sided adhesive interfacing, and a rotary cutter. Their zipper selection is incredible - I'm planning to pick up a couple of specific ones along with some sashiko supplies soon. Pro tip: grab a lint roller while you're at it because it's super useful to have in a craft space. Can't recommend them enough for the prices, speedy shipping, and amazing customer service.
Took 10 days just to get some thread delivered. Spent about $25 on 5 spools which isn't much, so they stuck me with their slowest shipping option. They won't even let you pay extra to speed things up. Anything under $35 automatically gets stuck in their 10 day shipping window.
Their website is broken. A popup keeps appearing asking for your email and blocking you from shopping. I had to close that thing out 23 times before I could finally add items to my cart. Then at checkout the same popup came back. They need to fix this website problem immediately.
Used to love shopping at Wawak and told all my friends about them because of their great service and quick deliveries. Lately though I'm seeing 9 or 10 day waits for my shipments, even though I'm paying for shipping. That's way too slow for what we expect in 2024. When I need supplies for my sewing projects now, I'd rather spend a little extra with a big name brand that gets my stuff here in 2 days. Waiting 10 days and still paying $5.95 for shipping just doesn't cut it anymore.
