Very disappointed with this purchase. The sizing chart was way off from the actual fit. Even though I tried to exchange or return it, the company wouldn't work with me. They really need to improve their sizing accuracy and customer care policies.

I won't be ordering from here again. I bought bras in my regular size from a style I typically wear. When I got them, the cups didn't fit right and the overall feel was uncomfortable. I reached out to return them but learned they were final sale with no exceptions. I explained the bras were brand new in original packaging, unworn, and offered to accept store credit instead, but the customer service team wouldn't budge. Through multiple polite emails requesting assistance, they stayed completely rigid. No company should be this unwilling to support their customers. As someone who runs my own business, I know you need happy customers more than quick sales. These unworn bras are sitting in my closet doing nothing. Really sad and wasteful.
