This company is not being upfront and they straight up ignore support requests. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau too and they have a failing grade there, plus they won't even respond to those complaints either. It's a terrible experience all around - the product costs way too much and there's basically no customer service to back it up.

I placed an order for the W4 Luxe quad stroller wagon but it never showed up. According to the shipping tracker, delivery was supposed to happen three days ago. I phoned Wonderfold Wagon's customer service and the person who helped me couldn't tell me anything useful - didn't know if my order was sitting in a warehouse, stuck on a delivery truck, or what. She just said I'd have it by the weekend. Now it's Thursday and I still don't have a clue where this thing is or when it's actually arriving. Sure, shipping takes longer sometimes, but when you're paying close to a grand for something, you deserve straight answers about where your money went.
