What Shoppers Say About woolzies.com
Woolzies.com shoppers are deeply divided on the brand. Those who love the products praise the tinted lip balms (particularly Sweet Peach flavor) for their smooth texture, color payoff, and moisturizing properties, and also highlight the quality of essential oils and toners as effective for sensitive skin. However, a significant portion of customers report serious issues: some experienced fulfillment problems including wrong items shipped and missing products that required repeated follow-ups, along with packaging quality concerns (leaking bottles and odor problems). Others have had adverse reactions to the tinted lip balms, with one reviewer reporting welts and scabbing after use, citing concerns about strong spice and clove oil ingredients.
The stark divide in ratings suggests Woolzies products may work exceptionally well for some customers but carry real risks for others, particularly those with sensitive skin or allergies. Customer service responsiveness appears inconsistent, with at least one shopper needing multiple follow-ups to resolve order discrepancies. Potential buyers should carefully review ingredient lists if they have known sensitivities to botanical oils and spices.

Sorted by: Most recentReally frustrated with my recent order from this company. The products that arrived weren't what I ordered in the first place. Even after sending photos of what was actually in the box, I still had to chase them down several times about it. When the two items I was missing finally showed up, the whole package reeked. One of the bottles came open during shipping and was completely dry by the time it got here. Given what I paid, the quality and service should have been way better. This whole situation has really soured me on the company and I can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone.
We absolutely love Woolzies products! The Sweet Peach flavor is seriously addictive. This is hands down my go to lip balm now. Forget the old stuff I used to buy. The Sweet Peach tint is smooth and creamy when it goes on, feels light, but still delivers amazing color and keeps your lips moisturized. Originally discovered it at a store but now I'm about to grab a few more boxes from their site. Really appreciate the quality!
Heads up if you're thinking about their tinted lip balms. I used two different ones and had some pretty bad reactions to both products. First I tried the Pumpkin Pie version and within hours my lips broke out in welts that scabbed over. Looking at the ingredient list, I could see they loaded it with strong stuff like clove oil and spices such as nutmeg. Fast forward a couple weeks and I gave the Sweet Peach a shot, figuring it wouldn't be a problem since there weren't any obvious trigger ingredients listed. One day in and my lips swelled up to twice the normal size and started burning and itching like crazy. I've been using lip balms for most of my life and never had anything like this happen before. It seems like Woolzies might not be filtering their ingredients properly or testing them for safety before they hit the shelves.
Found Woolzies at a store a while back and now I order straight from their website whenever I need specific items that are hard to track down elsewhere. Their essential oils are fantastic. The toners are my favorite especially the rosewater and aloe ones, and their muscle relief spray genuinely does what it says it will. I have really sensitive skin and haven't had any problems with anything I've ordered.
