Really upset right now. The motor on my desk gave up after just three years of use. For a piece of furniture at this price point, that's unacceptable and should definitely last longer than that. To make things worse, I looked into their newer models and they're now offering a 10-year warranty, but mine only came with a much shorter one. I've tried contacting support several times about this, and honestly nobody seemed to care much about what I'm going through. They basically just told me to buy a replacement, which is pretty insulting considering the original one failed already. I'm really let down by the quality and how they handled my complaint. Can't recommend them in good conscience.
