It took two and a half months, many emails, and a complaint to the better business bureau to finally get my order. Every email conversation was just excuses about the post office losing the package. A good business owns up to its mistakes instead of blaming others.

Sketchy company with fake tracking numbers. They keep giving me the runaround about my order status since December 2019. They're also deleting negative comments from their social media where other customers are complaining about not getting their stuff. Now they're telling me to be patient or that there's a delay. But here's the problem: I ordered on the 15th and they created a shipping label on the 17th, claiming it takes 5 to 7 days for production and 7 to 12 days for standard shipping during busy season. So how did they create a label two days after ordering for items that haven't been made yet? I never got an email saying it shipped. They only gave me a tracking number when I asked about it, and my order was still showing as unfulfilled. Do not buy from this place.
