AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I bought 2 pairs of pocket bell bottoms on February 23rd. A couple days later, the status changed to shipped. The items never showed up, so I tried contacting their customer service, which is basically nonexistent. My emails went unanswered. There's no phone line to talk to a real person. Since then I've sent many more messages with zero response. They took my payment and never delivered anything. I feel absolutely ripped off. Consider yourself warned.

I really like their products but their customer service is basically absent. I goofed and ordered the wrong size and want to swap it for the right one. Their return portal is broken (shocking, right?). When I email them they just keep sending me back to that same broken link. The items are genuinely awesome and creative, but there's a real chance you'll never get your order or your cash back. I WON'T BE BUYING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN.

Wish I could give this zero stars. I paid for my order over a month ago and still haven't received anything. The company keeps sending automated messages instead of actually helping. Ordered something in March and was told my purchase would arrive in two separate shipments. They said I'd get an email about when the second package would ship, but they charged my account for everything upfront. We're now in May and I never got that email or either package.
