What Shoppers Say About Yoga Democracy
Yoga Democracy offers creative and versatile yoga and activewear products that shoppers genuinely appreciate for their design and quality. However, the company faces severe operational challenges that significantly impact the customer experience. Multiple reviewers report unshipped orders lasting over a month, unresponsive customer service with broken return portals, and reliance on automated messages instead of meaningful human support. The lack of accessible communication channels (no phone line, unanswered emails) has left frustrated customers unable to resolve issues, though one reviewer noted the company did eventually provide a refund after a public review was posted.
While some shoppers express enthusiasm about the actual products when they arrive, the consistent pattern of shipping delays and absent customer service substantially undermines trust in the brand. The disconnect between product quality and service delivery suggests that operational infrastructure has not kept pace with customer demand. For a small team, as one reviewer noted, prioritizing responsive and functional customer support would be essential to converting product enthusiasm into reliable business practices.

Sorted by: Most recentAVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I bought 2 pairs of pocket bell bottoms on February 23rd. A couple days later, the status changed to shipped. The items never showed up, so I tried contacting their customer service, which is basically nonexistent. My emails went unanswered. There's no phone line to talk to a real person. Since then I've sent many more messages with zero response. They took my payment and never delivered anything. I feel absolutely ripped off. Consider yourself warned.
I really like their products but their customer service is basically absent. I goofed and ordered the wrong size and want to swap it for the right one. Their return portal is broken (shocking, right?). When I email them they just keep sending me back to that same broken link. The items are genuinely awesome and creative, but there's a real chance you'll never get your order or your cash back. I WON'T BE BUYING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN.
Update: After I posted this review, the company reached out and gave me a full refund, even for the outfit I'd already worn and kept, which was a really nice gesture. I still think they need to be more open about their location and rethink how they handle customer issues. For a small team, great customer service should be a priority. There are so many sketchy fast fashion sites out there, and I was genuinely concerned I'd made a mistake buying from a company with no address, no clear US location, and no phone number. Just stating something like "We're a small US-based remote team" would help a ton.Original: I'd steer clear of this company. They have zero contact info on their site and no address or phone number listed anywhere. They mention manufacturing in Kenya but have just an AI chatbot for support. Their "Live support" looks like it's just for show. I ordered four items and paid extra for rush shipping.
Wish I could give this zero stars. I paid for my order over a month ago and still haven't received anything. The company keeps sending automated messages instead of actually helping. This is honestly a terrible way to operate a business. I've reached out repeatedly because I really wanted to give them a chance, but I've never been more let down. Don't spend your money here unless you enjoy being ignored.
Ordered something over a month ago that never came. I asked for my money back through their support system and got nothing but an automated reply days later. How am I supposed to follow up if they don't actually provide an email address I can reach someone at?
Haven't gotten a chance to wear the bell leggings yet, but I'm already in love with them. I appreciate that I can throw them on for workouts or dress them up with some heels for a night out.
I'm totally hooked on this brand! The selection of bell bottoms here is incredible and I've accumulated quite a collection. The designs are so vibrant and playful that you'll love wearing them everywhere, even just relaxing at home. People always compliment my outfits when I have them on. The team behind this company really goes above and beyond when it comes to customer care. I'm going to keep shopping here forever!
Ordered something in March and was told my purchase would arrive in two separate shipments. They said I'd get an email about when the second package would ship, but they charged my account for everything upfront. We're now in May and I never got that email or either package. Customer service hasn't replied to any of my messages. Other people online have been complaining about the exact same situation.
Really pleased with my purchases so far. I grabbed some items on sale and absolutely adore the feel and shade of everything. It's awesome that companies are finding creative uses for recycled materials. Thanks for doing that!
These pants are made of terrible material and the company is being sketchy about the return. It's been about a month since delivery and I only just tried them on. Oh, and there are no pockets on the leggings either. I was genuinely shocked. What year is it? When did designers stop putting pockets on leggings?
