This is seriously one of the best clothing brands out there. The craftsmanship and fabrics are truly outstanding. What really sets them apart is their creative, one-of-a-kind patterns and designs. The service team is extremely responsive and orders ship out really fast. I'm excited about potentially working with them as a brand partner. You should definitely go ahead and place your order now without hesitation. This is an upscale company worth supporting.

Their pants were great until the fit changed and the quality started having issues. I was a repeat buyer, but they refused to process my return. Won't be ordering here anymore.

I placed an order on 12/16 for 5 items. Two arrived quickly and a third came on 1/5, except it was something I didn't order. I've been trying to reach out constantly through both calls (just voicemail, never a real person) and emails describing my order details with pictures of what I got wrong. Only automated responses from email, nothing else. It's now 1/15 and I'm still holding an item I never ordered, plus I haven't received or heard anything about the other 2 pieces that never shipped. The designs are really cool and different, but I can't recommend them. Their customer service is basically nonexistent.

Spent a while waiting for a specific item to come back in stock, and I was thrilled when it finally did. Got my order in right away. The delivery was quick, but once it arrived I was really disappointed. The fabric felt scratchy, too thin, and cheap overall. Plus they looked totally different from the pictures and weren't flattering at all. When I tried to return them, the company pressured me to take store credit instead and then slapped me with a $5 restocking charge just for returning their bad merchandise. I guess I'll give them two stars because at least they have a streamlined return process with USPS. Just don't expect great quality here.

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase! The patterns are stunning, the stitching is excellent, and the fit is just right. Plus shipping to my location was surprisingly efficient! I wore them out the day I got them and strangers have already asked me where I got them. It's wonderful knowing I'm making a choice that's good for the planet too. These are definitely becoming permanent pieces in my closet and I plan to order more.

Don't shop with this company if you expect an actual refund or care about customer service. I've been requesting a refund since the summer and it's now fall. When you email them, which is your only option, their system creates a brand new ticket number each time and wipes out your previous message. So you end up explaining the situation over and over, only to get nothing back. I've never written a review on any platform before, but this experience is genuinely terrible.

I'm writing this without ever getting what I ordered. It's been almost three weeks and nothing has arrived. Whenever I email, I get the same excuse about everything being sewn individually. There's no way that's actually how they operate if they're advertising products and taking orders. They should be upfront about their timeline if it's going to take forever. I specifically chose their limited edition rainbow set for a holiday and now that celebration is almost here. Their support team just sends blank or no responses at all and won't actually tell me what's happening. If you care about doing good things, you need to show that through your actions too. I'm pretty upset and planning to tell others about my experience.

I shipped my items back and got confirmation they arrived, but it's been over two weeks and I haven't seen my refund. Is this a scam? They have their stuff and my payment. There's no phone line for help, just an email ticketing system. I sent a message and got nothing back after nearly a week. Regardless of how fast they shipped the original order, this is clearly not a customer-focused business and they're only interested in taking money.
