What Shoppers Say About ZERO BREEZE
Zero Breeze shoppers are highly polarized, with over half rating the products five stars and praising exceptional customer service, particularly team member Ruby who handles repairs and issue resolution quickly and thoroughly. Customers highlight the Mark 3 portable AC unit's performance, portability compared to competitors, fast shipping, and the company's willingness to replace defective units and address packing problems without hesitation. However, a notable minority express concerns about pricing, with some finding the cost steep for what's delivered, especially for accessories like the AC Carry Bag at $129. A few shoppers also report initial quality or delivery issues, though most say these were resolved satisfactorily by the support team.
The company's strength lies in its responsiveness and problem-solving approach, with customers consistently mentioning that Zero Breeze reaches out proactively after negative feedback and resolves matters quickly. The Mark 3 unit itself receives strong performance feedback for its functionality and practical design. The main weakness appears to be either quality control issues on initial receipt or customer perception of value relative to price, though strong after-sales support mitigates these concerns for most shoppers.

Sorted by: Most recentJust received the AC Carry Bag and it's pretty solid. The look is sharp and the material seems to hold up well. Has good space inside for my everyday stuff. My only complaint is that the price tag of one hundred twenty nine dollars feels steep for what you're getting. It does what it's supposed to do and looks good doing it, but I thought there'd be more extras for that amount of money, like more pockets or sections. If you want something that looks nice and works reliably, it's a decent option though.
The customer support team went above and beyond with their response. Got a detailed explanation of how they fixed things quickly. Really impressed.
Working with Ruby from Zero Breeze was fantastic! She put in real effort and got my mainboard repaired for me. I'm so grateful she's sending the fixed board back my way. Your hard work is truly appreciated! Best wishes for continued success!
Started out rough but working great now. After I left negative feedback, the company reached out and sent a replacement. The unit is functioning properly at this point. With all the different settings and how much better we sleep without overheating, it's definitely money well spent. We ordered on June 6th and had it within seven days. The remote wasn't functional right out of the box, but the unit itself worked fine. We contacted them for a replacement remote and they sent one over. Then in mid-July, the unit suddenly powered down with an error code and was draining water everywhere. We sent it back to them. We asked them to send a replacement unit as soon as they had tracking confirmation since it was the height of summer upstate and brutally hot and sticky. They refused and it took longer than two weeks to get our unit back. On July 29th we got a new unit, plugged it in, and it died after just five minutes with a different error code. This was a brand new unit and it was already defective. I reached back out and they promised to fix it that same day, then went silent.
Really great customer support overall. We ran into some problems initially with how it arrived and was packed. But the team at Zero Breeze, especially Ruby, responded super fast and helped us solve it right away. We also shot over a bunch of other questions and got quick answers to everything. The Mark 3 itself performed fantastic when we tested it out in a warm garage working on a car - we could actually finish the job without having to step outside and cool off constantly. We're planning to take it camping in our van next and have two battery packs so we can use it off the grid when we're out in the heat at night. Overall, the build quality is solid and it's clear they really thought through the design better than the other options we looked at.
I absolutely love my Mark 3 - it's performing exactly like I hoped it would! ZeroBreeze really deserves some serious praise here. I ditched my old EcoWave2 unit because hauling it around was a pain and the thing weighed a ton. The Mark 3 is miles ahead in almost every way and so much more practical to handle.
Can't recommend this enough if you need a way to cool down anywhere. I gave the Zero Breeze a real workout recently and honestly it blew my expectations away. We were down in Florida last week dealing with temperatures in the low 90s during the day and dropping to 76 when the sun went down - this portable cooling unit was absolutely game-changing. I mounted it on some rubber sheeting on my truck roof and ran ducting from the outlet into the top of my roof tent with a 12 by 12 side attachment. End result was the tent stayed nice and cool and the humidity in the annex dropped while temperatures came down several degrees. At night I switched it to a lower setting after running it on high for about thirty minutes, keeping it off during daylight hours. Had it plugged into an outlet the whole time, though they advertise it can run five to six hours on the battery which is a nice upgrade. Really should have put it inside since recirculating air would've been way more efficient than trying to cool outside air, with ducting set up to push intake and exhaust out. All the adapters you'd need are already in the box. Bottom line: yes it made a huge difference and yes I'd buy it again. I spent fourteen hundred on it including a battery. Maybe not the absolute perfect setup but definitely worth having.
Avoid this company at all costs - it's a complete scam. You'll receive overpriced garbage months after you pay, they make false promises about money back, and there's zero follow-up when you try to get a refund. The whole thing is one big lie.
Ordered a zero breeze back in January and never got anything in the mail. They kept brushing off my concerns until I got my payment processor involved and they finally refunded me. Just terrible at staying in touch and really poor customer care.
Got the Zerobreeze V1 and it showed up in about 2 weeks. Right away I noticed battery pack problems though. Waiting for a replacement battery took forever, literally close to 5 months, and they wanted me to cover the cost of shipping back the bad one. The actual product works pretty well, matches what you see in the YouTube videos. I use it in my fishing boat cabin. Where they really drop the ball is customer service - dealing with them takes forever and you can tell they don't have a tight grip on their overseas supply chain. My advice: if something goes wrong, file a dispute with your payment processor right away to speed things up. Keep your case active until you actually get your replacement, then close it out.
