They don't provide prepaid return labels due to their policies. I had to spend 70 dollars just to ship back a return! When I tried to return something else, they rejected it even though the original delivery arrived 5 days late.
We ordered a Crane 4 gimbal for over 600 dollars through an online retailer, and instead received a Crane Plus model worth about 400 dollars inside the Crane 4 packaging. To make matters worse, it was clearly used. The thing had visible scratches all over it, and the batteries that come with it were already corroded.
I bought the Crane M2 gimbal back in October 2017 and have been dealing with problems with a feature called Vortex Mode ever since. The company refuses to admit it's a defect. I've done everything they suggested to try to fix it myself, including rebalancing multiple times. When I asked them to actually help, they just quit communicating with me. Now I'm stuck with equipment that doesn't work and no support whatsoever.
The gimbal itself seems decent, but I received a faulty unit which turned into a nightmare. When I finally opened it after some time, I noticed the small screw plate holding the main sliding plate was loose and wouldn't tighten down properly even when cranked all the way. I sent them a video showing the problem, but they refused to send the replacement part even though it costs only 5 dollars. Their excuse was that it had been three months since I bought it, so it wasn't covered. What about the actual warranty they advertise? This wasn't user error or damage from use, it was defective from day one. I don't understand why such a big company won't acknowledge a legitimate manufacturing defect. Sure, I could buy the part for 5 dollars, but shipping would cost me 18 dollars for something that weighs almost nothing. Every time I contacted them, it took a day or longer to hear back. Recently they replied to me on social media, and I answered right away, but now they're ignoring that message even though it shows as read. It shows a real lack of customer care. Just ignoring problems doesn't make them go away.
I bought an Evolution 3 gimbal and only used it about 5 times before it stopped working properly. It powers on but doesn't function. I tried calling the UK retailer that sold it to me, but they don't carry this brand anymore. My warranty just expired, and I can't get through to the manufacturer by phone or email. Their phone line isn't real, and emails go nowhere. Stay away from this company. Their products cost a lot of money but the support is completely lacking.
