Pretty sure this is a scam company. My 4 inch floor mattress arrived in a completely different shade than what the website showed. The actual quality is nowhere near what their pictures promised. The color was supposed to be their burro shade but inside it's just thin, cheap egg foam. Now I'm trying to return both the mattress and a tatami mat I bought and dealing with the worst customer service. They won't send return labels and keep telling me to wait longer. Plus there's a 20% restocking fee if you even open it. Should've looked into them more before ordering. Total waste of money and time.
