At first I wasn't happy with this product because my snoring didn't improve and the company wasn't answering my emails about getting my money back. But then they finally got back to me and took care of the refund. I really appreciate them making it right.

Spent a lot of time looking into snoring solutions and was hesitant but checked reviews in multiple spots before buying. Fair warning though, some of those independent reviews might actually be the company reviewing themselves so keep that in mind. This device has zero adjustment options even after following their soaking instructions. It rubs my gums and causes serious jaw pain, which they mention in the paperwork but nowhere on their website. I have a smaller mouth and tried the smaller size first, then switched to size two like they suggested, but that shoved my tongue back and made breathing hard. If anything it made my snoring louder by opening my mouth up. They advertised a money back guarantee which is part of why I bought it, but I can't find that promise anywhere now. Don't spend your money on this until they figure out how to make it adjustable and fix their return policy.

Worst seventy bucks I ever spent and that's the truth. This thing is complete junk. It doesn't work and it seriously hurts your mouth. The package literally says it's not for sleep apnea and can cause loose teeth and other tooth problems. Please listen to me and don't get this garbage. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Took over two and a half weeks to arrive even though I paid extra for express shipping. That rushed delivery charge was almost as much as the device itself so I was already frustrated before I even opened it. I followed the instructions to the letter three separate times and this thing would not stay in my mouth at night. It's supposed to hold your upper and lower jaw together but there's no chance that's happening. Save your money because it flat out doesn't work no matter how good their demo video looks. I doubt I'll ever see a refund from these people.
