This company is not legitimate. I found them while searching for a specific oil and they claim to sell the French version. What they're calling helichrysum isn't authentic at all, not the French kind and possibly not even real helichrysum oil. It smells heavily diluted or blended with chemicals like paraffin. When I tried to return the two bottles including an opened one, they ignored my messages completely until I filed a complaint through my payment processor. Even then, they refused to send a prepaid label like their site promises. Instead they're using the payment processor to demand we return items at our own cost in perfect condition before issuing any money back. They know we opened one bottle to verify how bad the product is. This outfit clearly knows how to work the system to keep your money. The oils they sell are counterfeit products and they're exploiting people.

This is about their service, not the actual products. I've been waiting over 15 days for my package and I've contacted them multiple times. The tracking info they gave me from DHL wouldn't pull up anything, so I looked through my order confirmation looking for another number but couldn't find one. When I first reached out, they sent me a different link for UPS tracking, but that didn't show any results either. I've tried contacting them repeatedly over the past few days through chat, their contact form, and email with no response. I won't be recommending them or ordering from them again because their customer service is really lacking, even though I'm sure their products are fine. They need to step it up.

Really disappointed with my recent order. I purchased two 10ml bottles including Frankincense and Myrrh, but when it arrived the Myrrh was completely empty. Since I'm ordering internationally, I had to pay extra for shipping which brought my total close to £30. Having one bottle arrive empty like that was a huge letdown.

Revive advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee but that's not what I experienced. I got a large shipment and had problems with 3 oil blends. A rep told me to try them and if I still wasn't happy I'd get account credit, which worked for me since I'm in another country and it's hard to get to a mail place. They said I could give them to someone else and they'd credit my account. After trying them again I still wasn't satisfied, so I emailed and got a $25 credit. But I'm still missing $67.40 from what I paid. Now when I try reaching out, different reps keep telling me to send them back for a refund, but I can't since I already gave them away as suggested. It feels like Revive is using customers to promote their products but when there's an issue they dodge responsibility. This has happened before too, twice actually, and each time they offered partial credit and told me to gift or toss the problematic oil. I'm really frustrated and won't be ordering from them again.

The oils I got were really nice and I was satisfied with most of them, though I did send a couple back.
