Something feels off about how their website works. I made several ring designs and the costs jump all over the place depending on how I browse. When I use incognito mode, things get way cheaper. I tested some coupon codes from their emails and they wouldn't go through, but when I clicked the link in the email itself, prices went up instead of down. This whole thing doesn't feel right. They advertise military discounts at 1.5% if you email them proof, which is okay, but then they push a 3% abandoned cart discount by emailing you after a couple hours. Something's not adding up here.

I was thrilled to order from Ritani but things fell apart after I purchased my engagement ring. My order kept getting pushed back four separate times. I had to keep hounding the support team just to get updates since their system seems buggy. After three postponements, it finally shipped with Priority Overnight service, except Ritani never actually handed it over to the carrier, so my rush shipping turned into a five-day delivery. Still waiting for it to show up. The support team did respond quickly whenever they were working though, and they were polite and patient even though they couldn't fix my shipping problems. If you go this route, prepare for at least a month or longer for delivery. I won't be ordering from them again. James Allen and Rare Carat seem like better bets. I did eventually get my ring and it's beautiful, so at least there's that.
