Spent 43 dollars on expedited shipping for a time-sensitive project. The only way to track my package was through their app, which just said it was delivered. No tracking details, no photo of the delivery spot, nothing useful. Turned out the app was wrong - it actually arrived the following day, which was too late for what I needed it for.

Look, I get that making stamps takes time, but if you're charging premium prices for faster shipping and your site promises a specific delivery date, you should actually deliver on that promise.

Got several stamp products in December 2024 and they arrived in about a week to two weeks, so factor that into your timeline. The wooden stamp was fantastic - solid construction, makes sharp impressions, and even handled the tiny font I picked without issues. The custom clear stamps turned out well and matched my specifications perfectly, though they're not quite as rigid as the wooden version so pushing too hard can make the imprint a little fuzzy. Grabbed some acrylic blocks too and they're solid quality. Also ordered a custom embosser that's been wonderful - the edges are crisp, no spelling mistakes, correct positioning, and we use it constantly. Everything's holding up really well months later with regular use.

They won't make your stamp unless they personally approve your design, which is ridiculous. There are tons of other companies out there that will actually create what you want instead of rejecting your order based on their own preferences. I switched to another vendor and couldn't be happier - they were faster, cheaper, and superior in every single way. Definitely recommend looking elsewhere before giving these folks your money.

Ordered a personalized book embosser as a Christmas gift for my daughter. There was nothing on their website about character limits, and everything on the confirmation looked perfect. When it arrived, they'd cut off the last two letters of her name with zero warning or explanation. I'm out sixty dollars and they refused to refund or make a replacement. This is a huge mistake on their part and they won't fix it.

Terrible experience. The actual stamp head and handle came out completely misaligned, which makes using it nearly impossible. I contacted them about it and they asked for photos. I sent them over. The design was way too big and completely unusable. We asked for either a refund or a corrected replacement and once again, total silence from their team. Be very careful ordering from them.
