I will absolutely never order from them again. Their customer service is simply the worst. I had a specific deadline for when I needed my stamps and the site said I'd get them in time. They won't make your stamp unless they personally approve your design, which is ridiculous. There are tons of other companies out there that will actually create what you want instead of rejecting your order based on their own preferences. I switched to another vendor and couldn't be happier - they were faster, cheaper, and superior in every single way. Definitely recommend looking elsewhere before giving these folks your money.

Ordered a personalized book embosser as a Christmas gift for my daughter. There was nothing on their website about character limits, and everything on the confirmation looked perfect. Terrible experience. The actual stamp head and handle came out completely misaligned, which makes using it nearly impossible. I contacted them about it and they asked for photos. I sent them over. Then they wanted me to test it with an actual ink pad, but I didn't have one lying around and wasn't about to go out shopping for one when I didn't need the stamp for a couple weeks anyway. The photos made it obvious how bad their work was. I'm going with a different company next time.
