Placed my order on December 2nd and it's been sitting there for almost 2 weeks without shipping. Sent three emails with zero responses. When I called customer service, they said they were swamped and doing their best, but couldn't even guarantee it would go out within the next 7 days. That means waiting 3 weeks total just to process an order. This is completely unacceptable. They need to hire more staff and start getting orders out the door instead of making customers wait this long. There's no valid reason for this kind of service.

Multiple times last year when I bought their small packets with 6 pieces, I'd find only 5 inside, same size package. Complained to them in early December and got coupons as an apology. Come January, the coupons never showed up. Customer service told me they were in transition and to give it 6 to 8 weeks. Eight weeks go by and still nothing. Now they're saying it'll come 'soon'. It's mid-March and still waiting. This is just poor business management.

Bought an Assorted box at the end of October and immediately noticed something was wrong. It was obvious the chocolate had melted and refrozen from improper storage. The few pieces I tried were hard and stale, and the toffee pieces crumbled into mush instead of being crisp. The use by date wasn't until January, so that wasn't the issue. I used to always buy their dark chocolate variety, but they've made changes I don't like, cut the amount of candy you get, and raised prices significantly. I grabbed this box on sale for under six dollars, so I gave it another shot. The company won't issue refunds when I called, just offered coupons for stuff I won't order. It's frustrating to toss out food, but that's what I had to do with this.

Ordered back in October and didn't get any confirmation it went through. Finally checked on it a week later and found out it hadn't shipped yet. It didn't leave their warehouse until a few days after that. I'd never bought their Blooper Box before, which is supposed to have regular chocolates with just minor cosmetic flaws. What arrived was a complete mess. The pieces were all discolored, probably from sitting in heat, and many were crushed or broken. The filling selection was really limited too, mostly just creams. For what I paid for the larger box, I expected way better quality. I think I've been mixing them up with See's in my head.

I'm at an assisted living facility with lots of residents, and for the past couple years I've been ordering cases of their chocolates for different occasions and celebrations. Recently things have gotten really frustrating. Orders keep getting delayed or completely canceled out of nowhere. Meanwhile they keep sending promotions trying to get me to buy more, especially around major holidays with special pricing. So I order, and then watch the same pattern happen all over again with delays and cancellations. I honestly don't get how a candy company is still struggling this much due to past events. We used to find their products at local grocery stores, but that's dried up. Found a better alternative at discount stores that's actually premium quality with way better packaging and costs significantly less. That company actually delivers on their promises and treats customers right. When there's a better option out there, why wouldn't I go with them?
