Doesn't work the way it's supposed to. My order disappeared in the mail, and when I finally got the replacement pair this morning and tried them on, everything looked blurry. I had to take them off right away because I couldn't see through them at all.

Their customer service is really poor and what you get doesn't match what they promise. I ordered safety glasses with a prescription and got the wrong frames delivered. When I asked for a swap, they refused and threw a 40% discount on a future order at me instead.

Skip this place entirely. I ordered some really expensive Oakley Shocktubes and paid for them, but then three days later they told me the item wasn't actually in stock anymore. So my nearly $500 purchase just sits there unfulfilled because their system isn't updated to show what they actually have available. The entire website feels unreliable, runs slow, and is confusing to navigate. There are definitely better options out there.

This company is basically running a scam. I ordered safety glasses in my actual size, the same size I've successfully bought from several other places, and they didn't fit right. They offered nothing helpful, just a fifty percent credit toward another order or sending them back to get altered. No way. I filed a dispute with my credit card and got my full refund back. I got the Geardo KIT Safety Glasses with RX inserts to wear at the gun range. When they showed up and I put them on, the lenses immediately felt like they were pushing right into my eyes. If I adjusted them to be more comfortable, then the prescription lenses ended up way too far away and angled weird, making it nearly impossible to see anything clearly. I contacted support and had to go back and forth a bunch before they basically said I wasn't getting a full refund. They claimed since it's a sizing problem, it's not a defect, and they pointed to the dimensions on their site. I kept telling them those dimensions don't give you the info you need about how the RX prescription actually fits, which is super important. They just refused to give me my money back for either the frames or the inserts. I'm really unhappy with how this went and can't recommend them.

This is just a US company hiding behind a Canadian label. Right at checkout they hit you with a charge in US currency, which costs you extra because of conversion fees on your card. The conversion rate they use is basically dishonest. DO NOT TRUST THEM

These guys simply cannot handle prescription lens work. They're not interested in working with you on it either. Steer clear.

Absolutely terrible. My initial order came in wrong, and when I reached out asking them to fix it, they just ignored me completely. Nothing was corrected, no replacement offered, and definitely no refund. This company is a waste of time.

Grabbed an ESS Crossbow from them and their customer service responded quickly and was really nice. I saw some bad reviews too and feel for those folks, but everything worked out fine for me. The glasses took about a month to get to my house, which makes sense since I'm shipping from overseas.

I had my doubts after reading negative feedback, but my experience turned out great. They answered my questions super fast. Manufacturing the lenses took around two weeks, which is pretty standard if you go to a regular eye doctor. The lens quality blew away what I got from my last visit to an optician. I really liked being able to pick my lens type like glass and choose filters myself instead of having someone else decide. Really satisfied with how everything turned out. Just remember to follow their instructions carefully when you mail in your frames, including the prescription and order number on the box.

I've bought five pairs of glasses from them before. The first three orders went smoothly. Then I bought a pair in November and I couldn't actually see out of them. They said they'd remake the lenses but only for $150. I had my prescription filled at another place and got great glasses, so I ordered the same prescription from this company and they were better but still off. I got zero support. Terrible company. Never again.

As my vision gets worse with age, I usually try a few different places for each new prescription, getting a single lens pair for watching TV, progressive lenses for working in my shop, and also a progressive pair from RX-safety. Every single time, the glasses I get from local eye doctors don't work for me, but the ones from RX-safety are always spot on. I'm switching to RX-safety for all my orders from here on out. They're more expensive but absolutely worth it because they actually work. I work in the tree service business and these glasses are essential for keeping wood debris out of my eyes when looking overhead.

I'll get everything from RX-safety from now on. They're pricier but worth every penny when they actually work. I own a tree service and these glasses do a great job keeping saw dust out of my eyes when I'm looking up.

Wish I'd checked reviews first before ordering here. Waited a whole month to get my glasses and they still came with the wrong lenses! I asked for Transition gray but got yellow ones instead, and now they won't even respond to me. This whole company is problematic.

Total ripoff. First off, it took a month just to get the glasses here. They made excuses about the mail but it was their own doing. Then when they finally arrived, they weren't made with the materials I picked on the website, came in the wrong prescription, and had scratches like they'd already been worn. Honestly terrible service, basically a scam. There are way better companies now like other RX retailers out there. Won't be ordering from them again.
