On appointment day, the technician calls to say they've overbooked him with four other jobs and I'm last on the list, so he won't show until after 3 PM. I called their main line expecting them to make this right. Instead, nothing. They showed zero sympathy and basically said I could either reschedule, cancel, or find another company. Those were the only options they gave me.

This feels like a complete rip-off. They replaced my windshield and a few months later I had a crack starting to spread. The lifetime warranty they advertise is basically worthless. Their website lists more than 20 exclusions that aren't covered. Why would anyone want another one that falls apart the same way?

They admitted their mistake, negotiated the price with me, and brought the cost down significantly. The local manager was helpful and straightforward, and the actual installation went smoothly. They made sure everything was installed and calibrated the right way. The no-show definitely made things harder, but I appreciate that they owned up to it and made it right. In the end, the resolution was handled well and I'm satisfied.

I got charged $75 for an at-home service call, but it turned out I needed to drive my truck to their shop because the back window needed in-shop work with two techs and extra prep time. Then they charged another $40 to recycle the leftover glass that wasn't broken, and I watched them toss it in their regular trash. My technician called that morning to let me know field service wouldn't work and we arranged for me to bring the truck in. Once there, they let me remove the plastic weatherproofing I'd put on due to heavy rain. The area manager even helped me scrape off old adhesive residue before the tech started. That was nice of him. My technician did solid work overall, though there were a couple of minor issues along the way.

Visited the location in Richmond, Virginia and the entire crew was fantastic. Ms. Sham and Mr. Carter were courteous from the jump. Mr. Kyle was friendly too. The facility itself is spotless and quiet, which made the whole visit feel pleasant and stress-free.
