That 5% doesn't even begin to cover one damaged lens, let alone the shipping costs and taxes. I told them I'd be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, my credit card company. Suddenly, more than 24 hours later, they change their tune and ask for photos. I send pictures of the box and lot information. Now they're asking for pictures of the actual blister packs. Problem is, I already threw those away after they told me they couldn't help me. So I told them that. Their response? We can't assist you now. This is clearly a scam. They know full well that when people reject a claim, most won't keep packaging. So they drag their feet intentionally and then ask for proof they know you won't have. Total scam operation.
