The best I ever dealt with

I had the repair guys come out once for my microwave and twice in like 9 years for my refrigerator. They came in time, repaired it as promised and were professional, courteous and even went above and beyond to do fixed something that I hadn’t requested. They are the best !!

They gave me an unforgettable experience

I'm not sure why so many bad reviews here, but Sears gave me an unforgettable memory. It was around 10 years ago. I ordered an item from their website, but it didn't come to me for two weeks. So, I contacted CS, and they said that they forgot it was an out of stock and promised me to refund. As they promised, I got my money back just the next day, and I'd forgotten about it. A few weeks later, I got a parcel that I'd never ordered those days. When I opened it, there was the item I ordered before. I was curious why they sent me it for free and contacted them again. They said that it was a gift to me because of their fault. I was so impressed. The value of the item was around $170, and they gave me it for free because of that? I couldn't believe it. Since the issue, I'd been spreading the word to everyone. Probably, they've been lazy for their business these days? If it is true, it's sad.
