Really disappointed with my online order. When issues came up, there was basically zero support. Compared to other major retailers, it's night and day. They're happy to take payment but when something goes wrong, you're on your own. This will be my last time ordering from them online.

Major shout out to Abdulla at the Offspring shop in the Trafford centre. Called before visiting and he answered every question so helpfully. Then when I got to the store, he welcomed me with such a genuine smile that it made the whole thing feel perfect. Also want to thank the store manager, didn't catch her name unfortunately, but she was fantastic too. Definitely coming back!

Found exactly what I wanted whether I was browsing clothes, home items, or cosmetics, and the selection is really impressive. The customer service here really impressed me most. Staff were very helpful, always available, and genuinely invested in making things easy and enjoyable. Janice from the Scotland team was so helpful and actually took interest in how I was doing. I had trouble with a jacket return that we thought went through, but when I called back and got Janice again, she jumped right in and fixed it. Amazing customer care and really appreciated it!

He was so patient and helpful, actually finding the bracelet I wanted for my mum's special birthday. He arranged an appointment for when I needed the sizing adjusted, gave me parking suggestions when I was really stuck, and even polished my Tiffany ring while handling my exchange. He was super supportive when I wanted to get my own bracelet repaired, and it arrived back looking brand new. I'm thrilled with everything and honestly Andrei should be really proud of the way he handles customers. Thanks so much!
