I ordered flowers a week before my grandmother's 88th birthday specifically for that day, and they simply didn't arrive. When I contacted support, they offered a discount and said the flowers would get there two days late. I asked for my money back and I'm still waiting. My grandmother never knew I tried to do something special for her. I'm really upset about this.

I placed my order well ahead of the delivery date that was supposed to happen. However, when the day came around, the flowers never showed up.

My daughter went in for surgery and I thought sending her flowers along with balloons and a card would cheer her up. Unfortunately, the order never arrived at her place. Even though she lives in a secure community where nothing typically goes missing, these flowers just vanished. The worst part is that the company didn't offer any refund or make it right in any way. I got an email two weeks ago saying they were looking into it, but that's the last I heard from them. I'm done with this service and wouldn't suggest them to anyone else. There are plenty of better options out there.

Really poor customer service overall. I never got the flowers that I ordered, just an email saying delivery was complete. I reached out for help but they didn't do anything to solve it. Felt like I got ripped off.

I really wish I'd read these reviews first before placing my order. The pricing looked good and the website was easy to use, but everything fell apart after that. I was sending flowers to celebrate my friend's first day at her new job. I got an email saying they'd arrive the day after instead of on the actual first day. I was disappointed but accepted it. They promised delivery the following day. Then I got another email saying they couldn't deliver at all because the location was supposedly too remote. That made no sense at all! The area isn't remote in any way. Plus, why didn't they mention this when I originally ordered? They offered to send flowers through a different carrier, but when I called to arrange it, the whole thing got confusing. I ended up just canceling the entire order. DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SERVICE!!

Wow, this company is incredibly disorganized. Sure, the prices were lower, but I'm used to the reliability I got from other florists. I had to call twice because the address was wrong. The second time, they only had the city without the full address. When they finally figured it out, they were about to send it to the wrong city entirely! This was completely unacceptable. They've got a failing grade with the Better Business Bureau for good reason!

I wish I could give this company a zero rating to match how I feel about them. This was by far the worst gift-sending experience I've had. I've now read through all the feedback and seriously regret not looking first. I hope people keep sharing warnings about this place on social media and other sites so others can avoid the same disappointment and unethical behavior. They completely messed up the special gift I wanted to send for my grandfather's 100th birthday. On top of that, I had trouble understanding three different customer service representatives, and they didn't seem to understand me either. I basically had to threaten them to get my refund, and even then it was short. After seeing everyone else's experiences, my heart really goes out to those who simply wanted to do something nice for someone they care about on an important occasion.

This was so disappointing. The arrangement cost over $150 plus delivery and shipping, plus there was a banner that didn't even get included. The spray they used was way too small for what I paid. The delivery also came late on top of everything else. This was a total rip off and I won't tell anyone to go there. I felt really embarrassed by how little was actually in the arrangement.
