Purchased a King quilter elite and once it arrived I found the stitching was really uneven. Talked to support about fixing it but didn't get the guidance I needed. Sent it in for service and when it came back the problem was still there. Been trying to reach them by phone since then and they won't call me back. Honestly don't feel right even giving this a one star.

Called back two days later asking them to cancel the whole thing, get my money back, and send confirmation. I made sure to verify my email with them, and I know it's correct because I get about five marketing emails daily. No refund showed up and no confirmation either. That's 146 dollars down the drain with nothing to show for it. Steer clear of this place.

Update: Finally got my order on February 14th and everything came through as expected. But I won't be shopping there again. It took me making three separate calls and waiting thirty-nine days total. Placed the order on January 7th and got a message saying one item was backordered with a seven to ten business day wait. After twelve days I called to check in. Turns out one item got discontinued without any notification to me. That's the only thing that was delayed. Staff was friendly and offered a different color as a swap, but that was backordered too. I said no thanks to waiting another week plus. By January 28th I was calling a third time. Staff remained pleasant, but I realized they'd already charged my card on Sunday. I told them to drop the backordered stuff. Haven't gotten a shipping confirmation yet so I can't speak to how good their actual products are.

I specifically asked them to throw in a walking foot and quarter inch foot with guide. Well, they added a walking foot and quarter inch foot, except they were for a different Janome model entirely. Not what I asked for. Been thinking about getting into longarm quilting, but honestly between this mix-up and everything else, I'm having second thoughts.

Put in an order over Thanksgiving weekend and we're well into December now with no shipment. They keep saying the manufacturer is responsible and that they're a dropshipper, which wasn't mentioned in the product description at all. No heads up about delays or that it would take this long. Won't be ordering from them again.

Received a Juki HZL-G120 and as soon as I opened it up, I knew something was off. The tension wasn't right and it didn't sew smoothly at all. When I took out the bobbin, I saw red fibers stuck in there, which made it obvious this was a used machine. Called to arrange a return and they hit me with a twenty percent restock charge. Not dealing with this company ever again.
