I've been a loyal customer of their French Vanilla pods for years with zero complaints. Then I ordered a fresh 100-pack while still having about 30 left in my current box. Out of the pods I've used so far, several had defects that released coffee grounds directly into my cup. My spouse hasn't had any issues whatsoever with her Bubbie's Breakfast Blend pods, so it's clearly specific to the French Vanilla line. There are probably more defective ones lurking in that 100-pack that I haven't discovered yet. When I reached out about getting replacements, they flat-out refused because "more than 30 days have passed since purchase." That's absolutely ridiculous. My household has been ordering from them for years, and they won't send even a small replacement shipment of a dozen pods to fix their defective product for a long-time customer. Just because I don't consume enough coffee daily to catch manufacturing defects within their arbitrary 30-day window? Not happening. I'm done with this brand. Also, their new pod design is a huge step backward.
