Usually I really enjoy shopping with them both online and in person. They just switched websites and I couldn't log in for the longest time. Between the site issues and personal stuff, I missed placing a birthday order. When I finally got on the new site and tried to checkout, my birthday discount code wouldn't work. I emailed and they said it had expired. When I explained why I couldn't meet the deadline due to their new website problems, their response was basically oh well. Absolutely terrible company. Customer service is atrocious. When you email support they either ignore you or send back responses that don't actually address your concerns. They charge high shipping fees but use the slowest delivery methods, pocketing the difference. That's sneaky business practice. The products might be nice but they rely too heavily on that and act arrogant. If anything goes wrong with your order, you won't get help and you'll lose money. I'm done shopping with them.

Their pricing is higher than almost every competitor. Plus they don't offer free shipping over a certain amount like many others do, so higher purchases mean higher shipping costs. Honestly good customer service is everything, and they fall short there.
