Got charged for a premium membership even though I hadn't logged in since 2023. No heads up about the upcoming $180 charge came through. It would be nice if the company sent notifications before taking payments like this. They won't give the money back either. That's not cool.

Bought a three month premium plan back in July that ran through October. During that time I put in serious work trying to actually use the service - reaching out directly to caregivers and posting job listings multiple times - but barely got any bites. The paid features weren't giving me what they advertised. When I called customer service asking for either my money back or account credit, they brushed me off and said complaints don't get escalated. All they offered was fifty percent off another paid subscription. They won't refund or escalate issues, and that goes against what you'd reasonably expect from a company's customer support and what you're actually getting for your money. I'm looking for either a complete or partial refund for the three month subscription, or account credit so I can actually get real value from the service for a matching time period. I saved screenshots of my conversation with their rep showing how dismissive they were about the whole situation.
