I had to pay $8 to ship it back and then they tacked on an $8 restock charge. That's ridiculous because most companies cover return shipping, which should be part of their job. This is a scam outfit. They show pictures of huge, beautiful plant products but send garbage instead. It taught me a hard lesson about trusting random online stores.
